RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
At Hydro Herb Africa, we want our customers to shop with confidence. Please read our return and refund policy before making a purchase.
Returns
We only accept returns for products that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
We do not accept returns for products where the customer has changed their mind, ordered the wrong item, or no longer wants the product.
To qualify for a return, the issue must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery.
The item must be returned in the same condition as received, with all packaging, parts, and accessories included where possible.
The following items cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrectly supplied:
- Opened nutrients, additives, and pH/EC solutions
- Seeds and propagation media once packaging has been opened
- Grow lights or electrical equipment that have been installed or used
- Any item damaged due to misuse, incorrect installation, or normal wear and tear
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please email us at info@hydroherbafrica.co.za with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
- A short description of the issue
Once we have reviewed the issue, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where applicable.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
Return Shipping
If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, Hydro Herb Africa will cover the return shipping cost.
If a product is returned without approval, or does not meet the return conditions, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping cost.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
