Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY

Where We Ship Hydro Herb Africa ships to all major centres and surrounding areas across South Africa. We currently do not ship internationally.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Times

  • Major centres (JHB, PTA, CPT, DBN, PE): 2–4 business days
  • Outlying and rural areas: 4–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier volumes, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. Free shipping is available on orders over [R750 - adjust to your threshold].

Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your delivery directly on the courier's website.

Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or no one being available to receive the parcel, re-delivery charges may apply. Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct at checkout.

Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and contents immediately and contact us at info@hydroherbafrica.co.za within 48 hours of delivery.
