These Terms of Service govern your use of the Hydro Herb Africa website and your purchase of products from our store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
About Us Hydro Herb Africa is a South African retailer of hydroponic growing equipment, nutrients, growing media, and related accessories. We supply home growers and commercial cultivators across South Africa.
Orders and Pricing All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in the case of pricing errors. You will be notified and fully refunded if an order is cancelled.
Payment Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit and debit cards, instant EFT, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely through our payment provider.
Shipping We ship to all major centres across South Africa. Delivery times and costs are displayed at checkout. Hydro Herb Africa is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.
Product Use All products sold by Hydro Herb Africa are intended for lawful horticultural and agricultural use, including the cultivation of vegetables, herbs, fruits, and ornamental plants. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring their use of products complies with all applicable South African laws and regulations.

Limitation of Liability Hydro Herb Africa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the original purchase.
